44vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for technical or maintenance reasons without prior notice, ensuring the service is restored as quickly as possible and without affecting bets confirmed before the interruption.
Withdrawals on 44vip are processed exclusively to the same account or method used for the deposit — meaning if you deposited via Pix with a specific key, the withdrawal will be sent to that same key. This is part of the platform's anti-fraud security procedures.

The 44vip VIP Program is a loyalty system that classifies users into tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — based on wagering volume over weekly and monthly periods. Tier progression is calculated automatically by the system and can be checked in the VIP panel of your account.

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (losing bets minus winnings) for the Monday-to-Sunday period and is credited automatically every Sunday by 11:59 PM. Use of the 44vip platform is subject to conduct standards that protect the integrity of betting and the safety of all users. The following are strictly prohibited:
44vip continuously monitors betting patterns and suspicious behavior. If any prohibited conduct is detected, the account may be preventively suspended while the investigation is conducted, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.
44vip may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following situations:
If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be held for as long as necessary to complete the investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be cancelled. If no violation is found, the balance will be returned to the user via the same method used for the original deposit.
Users may voluntarily close their account at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the user to a refund of unused bonuses, but confirmed betting balances and winnings will be processed normally.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 44vip platform should preferably be resolved through non-judicial means — direct negotiation or mediation — before resorting to the courts.
For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the city of São Paulo – SP are hereby designated as the competent jurisdiction to settle any controversies arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
